On my Computer i have an 4 core CPU and i give 3 for Boinc. When "QuChemPedIA" is doing 2 threads at the same time one is doing fine and the other one is making only errors. So the reason could be something arround the Virtual box that it only can handle 1 instance at the same time or something like this., actually i forced manually all other to stop and activace the one by one.
