Supported CPU and OS types?
(Message 669)
Posted 9 Mar 2020 by ProDigit Post: So the only supported CPU types are x86/x64 CPUs, under either Windows, Linux or Mac? Meaning Android and Arm are out of the question? |

I haven't seen those numbers, running natively on Linux (usually 1,7GB is used out of 8GB, with 2 CPU cores running QCPA and sharing the rest of ram with OS and 4 GPU threads). I really wished you guys would have made these batches for GPUs. You'd have 200 tasks done in a day. (20.000 even, if need be, on a single PC). |

Posted 16 Nov 2019 by ProDigit Post: Hi Thomas, What are the hardware requirements to accomplish a task? I had to abort a task, after it's deadline was 14 days, but my pc would estimate to finish the task in 26 days. Can i run this better on a multicore CPU, or is a single core CPU of at least 5Ghz needed to beat the deadline? |
