DavidBAM has computers with more than 1 thousand processors , so the default settings of the project have to be adapted for his profile.

An individual thread on the multi-threaded ATLAS application can take minutes to complete, so beyond a certain number of threads the time it takes waiting for the last thread to complete while all the other threads are idle led to inefficiencies.

All of my 0.15 (t1) (beta test) results are not doing calculations, but continue running anyway and do not stop. Will need to abort them it appears.

Same here, I decided to just let them run and they finished way before the estimated finish and credited just fine. It's the BOINC estimate of time to completion that is way off.

(I use Windows.)
